Firmbridge Ltd is a dynamic, compliance-driven organization dedicated to operational excellence and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our accounting team and support efficient financial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process, record, and file financial transactions

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and upload VAT schedules to the KRA iTax portal.

• Review supplier invoices for claimability and eTIMS compliance.

• Process electricity bill payments for billboards

• Maintain organized filing systems for supplier remittances

• Keep accurate records of purchase orders, subcontractor quotations, and trade marketing expenses.

• Provide clerical and administrative support across the Accounts Department.

• Ensure proper record-keeping and easy retrieval of financial documents

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum CPA Part II or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience.

• Knowledge of Kenyan statutory requirements is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• High integrity and accountability.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
