What You'll Drive
- Steer learning, student life and academic administration across the Institute
- Coach and develop 35+ faculty and staff — huddles, one-on-ones, termly reviews
- Convene curriculum committees to build and launch industry-relevant courses
- Keep regulatory records and compliance checklists audit-ready, every day
- Represent Academics to students, parents, regulators and partners
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- 7+ years in academic management, with 3+ years leading large teams
- Working knowledge of Kenya's TVET regulatory landscape
- A builder's instinct for systems: calendars, SOPs, performance frameworks
- Clear, confident communication — from classrooms to the boardroom
