JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Understand the strategic and operational client’s needs, and current workflows and design an implementation plan to address those needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to hire, train and develop the right people
• Identifying opportunities for further business & product development, or potential risks that could impede or slow progress of implementation, notify key stakeholders when needed
• Work with the internal teams to successfully transition the client from the implementation period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period
• Document completion of key tasks and milestones, detailed notes associated with calls, and other client interactions
• Play a key role in redesigning, optimizing, and automating the onboarding process

The Ideal Candidate:
• Have at least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English - ability to communicate information & ideas clearly & concisely
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business related field or Project Management
• Exhibits executive presence and the ability to relate to clients at an executive level
• Experience building and managing strategic relationships
• A proven track record of creating and delivering projects on time and any other Project Management skills, like getting things done through their influence
• Deep understanding of Customer Service operations, measurements, and technologies. Ability to implement CS functions autonomously and suggest improvements to existing infrastructures
