Account Manager Nairobi HQ • Full-time Job Description Manage key client relationships and drive growth strategies. Be the bridge between our services and client success across multiple international markets. Key Responsibilities Own strategic client relationships and retention initiatives across assigned accounts. Identify growth opportunities and coordinate cross-functional delivery. Prepare business reviews and performance reports for stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record in account management or sales. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities. Experience with international clients preferred. Experience 3-5 years of account management, client relations, or business development experience in a B2B environment.
