They are looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships and ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly. In this role, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts, guiding projects from briefing through execution, while ensuring client satisfaction, the financial health of accounts, and team collaboration.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to new business and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients; build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding, account check-ins, and quarterly reviews.
  • Understand client business goals and provide consultative recommendations.
  • Manage scope, contracts, renewals, and handle escalations.

Project & Campaign Delivery

  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate between creative, media, production, and digital teams.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and share learnings.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Own account budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking.
  • Support estimates, billing, and reconciliations in liaison with Finance.
  • Assist in negotiating commercial terms with clients and vendors.

New Business & Growth

  • Support pitches with proposals, case studies, and presentations.
  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior account executives and interns.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor quality of outputs.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years in account management, client service, or project management preferably in an agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital/media campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen in budgets, billing, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior staff.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Experience in agency settings with fast-paced, multi-industry clients.
  • Familiarity with contract management and vendor negotiations.
  • Exposure to performance marketing or integrated media campaigns.
