  • Our client, a leading company in the travel technology space, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Account and Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Kenya.
  • This strategic role is focused on helping travel agencies boost flight ticket sales, access NDC-based airline content, and grow ancillary revenue using our client’s cutting-edge platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive platform adoption and booking volumes
  • Manage and grow strategic agency accounts
  • Deliver product training and sales enablement
  • Support onboarding and technical integrations (APIs, B2B)
  • Track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years in B2B sales/account management (preferably in travel tech, OTAs, TMCs, or airlines)
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution systems, especially NDC
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Tech-savvy with CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and API familiarity
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events
  • Note: Only candidates currently residing in Kenya or with valid authorization to work in Kenya will be considered
