ACCOUNT MANAGER – (IN-HOUSE)

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Account Manager – Outdoor to join our organisation. This full-time in-house role involves managing client projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality products and services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sales budgets and strategic plans to meet revenue targets.

Source new clients through activations, cold-calling, referrals, meetings, and site visits.

Present sales pitches, close deals, and update clients on project progress.

Participate in strategy meetings with workshop teams and supervise project execution.

Follow up on invoicing, payments, and prepare monthly sales reviews.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor advertising projects.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signing.

Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless project delivery.

Maintain effective communication with clients, sharing updates on new initiatives and monthly promotions.

Ensure signage and POP materials meet all quality and client specifications.

Identify innovative ways to increase revenue.

Excellent in lead generation and sales conversion.

Effective negotiator and presenter with strong communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong quality-control abilities.

Possess integrity, self-drive, interpersonal skills, and strong customer support acumen.

Business-savvy, innovative, and well-organized.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Design, or a Business-related field.

3–5 years’ experience in account management or a client-facing role within advertising, media, marketing, or printing.

Proven record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and project management tools.
