Job Overview:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant – Payables to join our finance team. The successful candidate will handle supplier invoices, reconciliations, payment processing, and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any variances
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely settlement
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support month-end closing activities
• Perform any other duties within the finance department

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payables
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
