Responsibilities or duties

• Manage billing, collections & payment allocation
• Debtor reconciliations & aging analysis
• Follow up on outstanding payments & resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly & management reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards & tax laws

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Registered CPA(K) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Finance or Accounting)
• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting & taxation
• Proficiency in ICT tools
• Knowledge of Sage and other accounting packages (required)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Experience needed

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy finance department
