Job Summary

The Accountant II is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Process payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain the general ledger.

Budget & Compliance

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year accounting experience.
