Job Purpose

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, preparing financial reports, and managing importation documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and perform daily bookkeeping.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Process and load supplier and other payments accurately.
  • Handle importation documents and coordinate related financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial and import documentation.
  • Support audits and perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA(K) qualification is mandatory.
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, payment processing, and importation documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Willing to start immediately.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and perform daily bookkeeping.
