Position : Accountant

Requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in general accounting.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledge
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and fixed asset management.
• Familiarity with Kenyan tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and basic financial analy
• Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems (ODOO)
• IFRS knowledge or certification will be considered an added advantage.
• Preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in B.COM Accounting or Business Administration and CPA Qualifications are highly desirable.
• Work experience in manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Experience in stock reconciliations and inventory controls.
• Knowledge of import related accounting and cost allocation.
