JOB DETAILS:

Accountant (1 Position)

Job Purpose

To manage the organization's financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial information to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Prepare statutory returns and support external audits.
• Assist management with financial planning and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
