Naivas Supermarket is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial data and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or ACCA certification is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
