JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure correct transaction posting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure financial reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Support internal controls and safeguard company assets.
• Assist with financial system improvements and automation.
• Perform other finance-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Excel, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
