Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable (paying vendors) and accounts receivable (collecting from clients) Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts Tax and Compliance: Compute, file, and remit taxes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial laws and regulations Liaise with auditors and tax agencies Analysis and Strategy: Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to inform decision-making Develop budgets and forecasts Provide recommendations on cost reduction, profitability, and financial planning
