Quality Care Close Home

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in hospital or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of hospital accounting systems, billing, insurance, and claims management.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience with hospital management information systems (HMIS) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
