Accountant/Finance Officer

Salary Scale: Ksh 71,860 – 93,850

Job Descriptions
• Verifying vouchers and committal documents in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations;
• Maintenance of primary records such as cash books, ledgers and vote books;
• Consolidating data/information required for preparation of management reports;
• Receiving duly processed payments and receipt vouchers; balancing cash books and revenue collection;
• Performing data entry on cost and financial management accounting; and
• Carrying out financial analysis
Person Descriptions
• Must have a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting or Finance Option) or Business management/ Administration (Accounting or Finance Option), or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Proficiency in computer applications.
