Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting from a reputable institution; CPA-K is an added advantage.

Minimum work experience of 3–5 years in a similar position.

Strong knowledge of Kenyan accounting standards, tax/regulatory environment, analytical skills, integrity, attention to detail, good communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain the general ledger, reconciliation of bank accounts, cashflow review.

Preparation of budgets (forecasts and financial plans).

Generation of monthly reports, ensure compliance with regulatory and tax obligations, manage debtors, internal control via policies, liaise with external auditors during the audit process.
