JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and triggers.
• Process services, bills, and expenses, manage accounts payable and account receivable.
• Perform monthly reconciliation (bank, credit card, etc.) and support dealing activities.
• Prepare product emails, reconcile accounts, and assist in financial reporting or preparation.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Select in receipt reports and forecasts.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal finance contracts and procedures.
• Watch in preventing management reports and preparing deliverable investments.
• Optimise, utilise, and maintain supporting documents within an inventory environment.
• Identify, prefabricate, support and help implement process improvements.
• Work with cash line QuickBooks Online Accountant, or EER systems, and increase technical knowledge sheets.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as adopted.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related work at a CNMP in ACCA.
• Minimum year of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Gold understanding of fundamental accounting principles (e.g., accruals, ledgers, reconciliations, research to U.S. CAD personnel).
• Proficiency in Telemark Email / Google Street Facilities/ guest tables, videotask data analysis.
• Experienced and Disabled online Accountant research institutes with EER/inco-citing systems to guide during organizational, environmental, analytical, and professional training tasks.
• Excellent special and welfare communication skills.
• Highly skilled-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage reliable results.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, earn continuously, and tailor ownership of responsibility.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Experience manufacturing or international accounting.
