Pearl Hospital is a Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. This role provides hands-on experience in financial record keeping, reporting and compliance while developing practical accounting skills.

Responsibilities or duties

• Assist in recording financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Support preparation of invoices, receipts and payment vouchers.
• Help with data entry and filing of financial documents.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
• Assist during audits and stock taking exercises.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Qualifications or requirements 

• Diploma or Degree recent graduate in Accounting OR a CPA Certificate
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
