Key Responsibilities
- Support daily departmental operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with planning, implementing, and monitoring departmental projects and assignments.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, documentation, and report preparation as required.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and departmental documentation.
- Attend departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Conduct research and compile information to support organizational initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, correspondence, and reports.
- Support customer service and stakeholder engagement activities where applicable.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Observe and apply organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in all assigned duties.
- Complete assignments within established timelines and quality standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in support of departmental objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Be eligible for industrial attachment or internship as required by their academic institution.
- Possess a valid introduction or attachment letter from the institution, where applicable.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
