Artcaffe Finance Artcaffe is seeking to recruit a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for numbers and a desire to support efficient financial operations within the company.
Responsibilities or duties
Capture verified financial transactions, post journal entries and keep ledgers updated.
Ensure tax compliance through accurate application of withholding tax, VAT, WHVAT and rent withholding.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor statements against the company's payable ledger.
Maintain impeccable documentation management by following the established filing system.
Ensure audit readiness by providing necessary documentation, schedules and required explanations during internal and external auditors' periodic reviews.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned key performance indicators.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed CPA Part 3.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
