Job Summary
The Accounts Assistant will support the accounts department in day-to-day financial operations, data entry, and record-keeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
- Support monthly closing and report preparation
- File and organize financial documents for audits
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practice
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Honest, organized, and detail-oriented
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
