Summit Human Resource & Marketing Consultant is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our client's team in Karen.

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Process payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and statutory deductions where required.
  • Prepare financial reports and schedules as requested.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
