Our client, operating within a workshop setting, is looking to engage an Accounts Attachee who is detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting functions. The role provides an opportunity to support daily financial operations while building practical skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities or duties
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial activities, including income and expenditure
- Enter financial data into accounting systems and spreadsheets with precision
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, payments, and expense documentation
- Support the management of accounts payable and receivable records
- Participate in bank and ledger reconciliations as required
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents, both digital and physical
- Prepare basic financial documents such as vouchers and purchase orders
- Contribute to month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting
- Assist in simple budgeting and cash flow monitoring tasks
- Carry out basic financial reviews and gather data as guided by supervisors
- Provide documentation support during audit processes
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements
- Perform general administrative support tasks within the finance office
- Undertake any additional duties assigned from time to time
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- CPA Foundation Level or Intermediate Level
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
