JOB DETAILS:

NCF specializes in the production of various types of quality foods and ingredients, like, Canned, frozen and dehydrated fruits and vegetables, Herbs & spices, Tomato paste, Jams & Marmalades, Sauce, Pickles, Relishes, Bakery ingredients, and beverages.

Accounts Clerk – Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and book-keeping
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AP & AR)
• Manage petty cash and perform bank reconciliations
• Support inventory control and production cost tracking
• Prepare basic financial reports (daily/monthly)
• Ensure statutory compliance (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF)
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation
• Use accounting systems and Excel for data management

Requirements / Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA Qualification
• 1–2 years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Strong accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
