Responsibilities or duties
We are seeking for Accounts Clerk to manage and oversee the end-to-end process while supporting financial accounting functions.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (2), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience in payroll processing and financial accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, Dynamics 365) and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Experience needed
The ideal candidate will abring over 5 years of experience, preferably, and demonstrate high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and technical accounting expertise.
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience,

KEY RESPONSILITIES
- Maintain and reconcile all branch financial records and reports
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions
- Assist in month-end closing processe
- Support preparation of financial statements
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist in general ledger maintenance
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes related to staff costs
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budgets
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Assist with audits and tax preparations
