WE ARE HIRING
ACCOUNTS CLERK
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support financial operations across multiple hardware branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily sales and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with invoicing, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile cash, bank, and stock-related transactions
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
- Support preparation of basic financial reports
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel or accounting software
- High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Location: Kikuyu
