This is a hybrid role that blends client relationship management with business development. You’ll be the trusted partner for our clients—helping them achieve their goals—while also identifying and converting new opportunities that fuel our agency’s expansion.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term satisfaction. Support creative, strategy and production teams in executing impactful campaigns. Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing accounts. Research, pitch, and onboard new clients to grow our portfolio. Prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses that win business. Track pipeline activity, report performance, and help shape growth strategies.
Acquiring at least 3 new clients per quarter. Driving 15% annual revenue growth across existing accounts. Delivering a 30%+ pitch-to-win ratio. Maintaining 95%+ client retention and 90%+ satisfaction scores.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in client service, project management, or operations within a marketing, creative, or communications agency. Proven experience in activations and experiential marketing. Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills. A relationship-driven mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
