Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and updating financial records.
  • Support in posting transactions into the accounting system.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Help prepare financial reports and documentation.
  • Organize and file financial documents.
  • Assist with supplier invoice processing.
  • Support the finance team with audits and month-end activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance with at least CPA Section 2.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
