Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post client invoices and accurately record sales in our company accounting system
  • Process supplier invoices and expenses, reconcile accounts, and liaise with suppliers for statements and tax documentation.
  • Perform M-Pesa and accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records and reports.
  • Monitor operational expenses, including vehicle costs, fuel usage, staff imprest, and inventory records.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, support payment processing, and ensure timely issuance of proof of payment.
  • Maintain proper documentation, enforce financial procedures, and support procurement approvals and general finance operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related Field from recognized University.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Level 4 required.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferably within the tours and travel industry or hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in Business Central System
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
