Background
Steel manufacturer hiring AP Officer to manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance across multiple plants.
Key Duties:
- Process invoices, LPOs, GRNs (3-way match)
- Prepare weekly payments
- Reconcile suppliers & manage AP ageing
- Handle VAT, WHT, NSSF, NHIF
- Support month-end & audits
Requirements:
- Accounting/Finance Diploma/Degree; CPA II/ACCA added advantage
- 3+ yrs AP experience (manufacturing/FMCG)
- ERP (SAP) & Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of KRA iTax & tax laws
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
