On behalf of our client we would like to hire a dynamic Accounts Receivable Manager with the below qualifications.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit control department, supervising staff, and implementing effective collection strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Credit Management or a related field. A Diploma in Credit Management is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a busy Credit Control department is required, with at least two years in a supervisory or management level. Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills are essential, along with high integrity, honesty, and discipline. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, coupled with analytical and problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail and accuracy are also necessary. Proficiency in accounting software is a must, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
