Role Overview & Scope

Asti Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage customer accounts, enforce credit policies, coordinate collections, monitor debtor aging, and collaborate with the Sales team to optimize cash flow and minimize overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Reconciliation & Collections: Enforce credit policies, follow up on outstanding collections, and reconcile customer ledgers.
  • Ledger Monitoring: Monitor debtor aging reports and identify high-risk receivables.
  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the Sales team to resolve billing queries and refine credit control strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare routine credit management, collection, and cash collection forecasts.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Minimum CPA Part II qualification (CPA Finalist preferred).
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, ideally in a manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong ERP system proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
