Responsibilities

The Admin Associate will be responsible for a variety of office management tasks, including:

  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Handling reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones.
  • Coordinating travel logistics for staff.
  • Assisting with general office administration and facilities management.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
