Job Description
Aspire Investments is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data, records, and administrative processes within a fast-paced real estate environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations by maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities, and assisting the team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the team
- Maintain and update property records, documents, and internal databases
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries using Excel
- Support coordination of property listings, client information, and documentation
- Organize files, track activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist in monitoring business performance data and highlighting key observations
- Handle general office tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, simple analysis)
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think critically and make sound judgments
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in an administrative role is an added advantage but not required
