Job Summary:
Seeking to hire an Admin/Customer Relations Assistant to support daily office operations, enhance customer experience, and build and nurture strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and partners at the reception area.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk and waiting area.
  • Respond promptly to walk-in client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Front Office Operations, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
