Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing client appointments and scheduling.
  • Handling client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintaining client records and database.
  • Processing payments and managing studio finances.
  • Ensuring the studio is tidy and well-maintained.
  • Assisting with marketing and social media tasks as needed.
  • Performing general administrative duties.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness are a plus.
