Background

IDC is a global leader in market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets. We are seeking a motivated and organized Administration Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth operation of our remote teams.

Responsibilities

The Administration Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing schedules and coordinating meetings for the Operations and Development Manager.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Additional Notes

This is a remote position. You must have the right to work in the country for which you apply. IDC is unable to support work visa applications or relocation.
