Job Overview

We are seeking for a highly organized, reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales, production and logistics teams within a fast-paced furniture/interior solutions environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain organized records for contracts, quotations, invoices and project documents.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars and prepare reports or correspondence.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices and client documentation.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on orders, payments and delivery schedules.
  • Track furniture orders from confirmation to delivery and coordinate with designers, production, suppliers and logistics teams.
  • Support procurement processes, including purchase orders and supplier communication.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized and presentable

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in furniture, interior design, construction, or manufacturing.
  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organization and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
