Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-PART TIME
About the Client:
Our client is in the Kenyan luxury safari and travel industry, renowned for crafting bespoke itineraries that capture the beauty and spirit of the African wilderness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Itinerary Building - Check supplies availability and coordinate with lodges, camps, and airlines: create and manage itineraries using platforms like.
- Basic Accountancy - Manage pery cash floats responsibly and ensure receipts are properly documented and handle over to accountants in a timely manner.
- Listen and Coordination - Serve as primary point of contact with external stakeholders including Ker & Downey Safaris head office, Tourism Regulatory Authority, NTSA, vehicle maintenance workshops, international guides, and travel.
- General Administrative Support - Manage business errands, maintain databases and calendars, conduct cost comparisons for travel arrangements, and maintain flexibility for varying workloads and occasional client related visits.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Provides experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
