ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our team. This role is essential for the systematic management of company data, inventory control, and financial receipting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Systems Management: Perform accurate data entry of all sales, expenses, and operational records into the Odoo system and maintain digital databases.
- Inventory Control: Manage detailed tracking of fixed and consumable assets.
- Financial Receipting: Issue official receipts for all payments and reconcile daily receipts with bank statements and system records with 100% accuracy.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to determine pricing, and brand visibility.
- Systems Audit: Regularly audit data entries to identify and correct discrepancies and coordinate physical stock counts.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Recent graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Finance,Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in data entry and inventory management (Odoo experience is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to 100% accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict weekly reporting deadlines.
- A passion for women's empowerement.
