JOB DETAILS:
Basic Salary Scale: KShs. 31,270 x 1,300 – 32,570 x 1,380 – 33,950 x 1,390 – 35,340 x 1,460 – 36,800 x 1,470 – 38,270 x 1,470 – 39,740 x 1,520 – 41,260 p.m.
Terms of service: Permanent and Pensionable

Duties and Responsibilities
• Undertake General Office Administration;
• Handle Public Complaints;
• Compile Returns, daily operational and incidental reports;
• Collect and collate data for preparation of speech briefs, report writing and updating biodata;
• Assist in organizing meetings and meeting rooms;
• Assist in scheduling and planning county events;
• Transport management for the Department;
• Supervise junior staff and their performance;
• Participate in the development of policies and plans;
• Perform other general administrative duties as assigned; and
• Undertake any other lawful duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this position, an officer must:-
• Be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the Social Services, preferably in Public Administration, Business Administration or Management, Anthropology, Sociology, Criminology or related field from a university recognized in Kenya; Possess a strong analytical background with problem solving skills;
• Demonstrate ability to meet strict timelines, and complete tasks/reports effectively; and
• Demonstrate ability to collect and collate intelligence related information.
