Administrator Finance, HR & Operations Support
Location: Agar Limited, Nairobi, Kenya
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations across departments , invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting
- Oversee payroll Reconcile bank accounts and support monthly management reporting
- Draft contracts, maintain records, and enforce SOP compliance
- Support procurement, logistics, and inventory coordination
- Ensure proper documentation of blended funding (grants, revenues, debt)
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in admin and accounting roles Proficiency in accounting systems (Odoo, QuickBooks, ERP tools)
- Strong understanding of cash flow, reporting, and compliance structures
