Oasis Healthcare Group is seeking an Administrator to oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day non-clinical operations of the facility, ensuring a supportive environment for clinical staff and a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Manage administrative staff (reception, records, cashiers) and oversee their workflows.
  • Oversee patient registration, admissions, and discharge processes.
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
  • Manage administrative budgets, procurement of non-medical supplies, and vendor contracts.
  • Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with clinical and support departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software and systems.

Experience needed

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
