Oasis Healthcare Group is seeking an Administrator to oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day non-clinical operations of the facility, ensuring a supportive environment for clinical staff and a positive experience for patients and visitors.
Responsibilities or duties
- Manage administrative staff (reception, records, cashiers) and oversee their workflows.
- Oversee patient registration, admissions, and discharge processes.
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, and secure.
- Manage administrative budgets, procurement of non-medical supplies, and vendor contracts.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clinical and support departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and systems.
Experience needed
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
