Responsibilities

The Agency Business Associate will provide end-to-end commercial and administrative support across all property portfolios within our agency pack; while ensuring seamless coordination between strategy, marketing execution, and sales processes. The role aims to drive portfolio readiness, enhance market visibility through effective activations, and support the management of sales pipelines to facilitate timely and successful transaction closure across both high-end and mid-market segments.

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support for all property portfolios, ensuring listings, sales toolkits, pricing schedules, and marketing assets are accurate, compliant, and market-ready.
  • Actively engage prospective clients and support the closing of sales across both high-end and mid-market residential properties in line with revenue and commission targets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful marketing activations and campaigns aligned with market trends and buyer behaviour.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing initiatives, utilizing relevant tools and platforms to enhance property visibility and audience engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and well-structured sales documentation, client databases, lead trackers, and performance reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Engage effectively with clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating value propositions and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the real estate sector with demonstrable success in selling middle-end and high-end properties.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
