An agricultural enterprise in Migori is urgently looking for a dedicated, hardworking Agricultural Assistant to support day-to-day farm production and crop/livestock management. This role offers full on-site accommodation and meal provisions, making it ideal for a candidate ready to relocate immediately.

Responsibilities or duties

• Daily Farm Operations: Assist in cultivating, planting, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
• Livestock Care: Monitor the feeding, watering, and general health tracking of farm animals where applicable.
• Farm Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, clear drainage, fix fencing, and ensure storage tools are kept in good working order.
• Record Keeping: Keep basic logs of farm inputs used, daily tasks completed, and general farm outputs.

Qualifications or requirements 

• Experience: Practical experience working on a commercial or production farm setup.
• Attributes: High physical stamina, reliability, and readiness to work outdoors in rural environments.
• Availability: Must be ready to relocate to Migori and begin work immediately.
