Agronomist | Fine Beans & Tenderstems

Talent Grid Africa is recruiting on behalf of a leading agricultural enterprise for an experienced Agronomist to support production efficiency, crop quality, irrigation management, and yield optimization across production farms.

This opportunity is ideal for an agronomy professional with strong practical experience in fine beans and tenderstems, particularly within export-oriented agricultural operations.

Key requirements include:

• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant agronomy experience
• Proven experience with fine beans and tenderstems
• Experience supporting open-field or greenhouse production
• Knowledge of GlobalGAP compliance, safe chemical use and phytosanitary standards
• Strong understanding of crop, soil, irrigation and quality management

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
