Job Summary

The role holder is responsible for coordinating and managing vendor contracts, overseeing vendor performance management, and supporting the budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of both Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) for IT and business solutions. The analyst ensures effective vendor relationships, strict compliance with contractual obligations, and the alignment of expenditures with strategic and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Contracts Management: Support the drafting, review, and administration of vendor contracts; maintain a centralized contract repository ensuring timely renewals and milestone tracking; and ensure all engagements adhere to organizational policies and risk frameworks.

Vendor Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, prepare periodic performance reports, facilitate review meetings, and manage vendor risk assessments and corrective action plans.

Budgeting & Financial Monitoring: Support the preparation of annual IT budgets, track actual spend against budget allocations, highlight variances with recommended corrections, and provide financial forecasts for cost optimization.

Reporting & Compliance: Generate regular dashboards on contract status and budget utilization, ensure adherence to internal procurement guidelines and external regulations, and support internal/external audit activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, or a related field.

Mandatory requirement: Must be currently pursuing or possess certification in ITIL, COBIT, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), or Project Management.

Experience & Technical Competencies

At least 3 years of experience in IT Governance and Service Management functions, focusing on vendor management, contract administration, or financial monitoring.

Solid familiarity with IT service delivery, budgeting processes, procurement guidelines, and accounting functions (considered an added advantage).

Proficient in enterprise software (Oracle, SAP, or Navision) and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting
